Preparation
prior to preparing meat and fish just richly sprinkle them on both sides with Vegeta. Add Vegeta to cooked and stewed dishes (soups, sauces, rice, vegetables, etc) 5 minutes before finishing. One spoon of Vegeta (3 g) is recommended for 250 ml (1 serving).

table salt to 56%, 15.5% dried vegetables (carrots, parsnips, onions, celery, parsley leaf), flavor enhancers (monosodium glutamate to 15%, disodium inosinate), sugar, spices, corn starch, color (riboflavin)
